This application form will allow you to order free condoms by post. If you live in the EH postcode area (Edinburgh & the Lothians) and are age 13 or older they can send a small pack to your home address. This will contain 12 condoms and some water based lubricant. It will arrive within one week in a plain, unmarked A5 envelope.
