This video shows how to apply and take off a condom. A new condom should be used each time you have sex. Water-based lube is not usually advised for vaginal sex but should always be used for anal sex.

Sandyford provide Free Condoms to the population of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. You have to be aged 13 or over but we don't have an upper age limit. Both male and female condoms are available. You can use the service as often as you require.
